ARCUS GIBB (Pty) Ltd has been appointed by the South African National Roads Agency Ltd (SANRAL) to undertake a Basic Assessment Report for the proposed upgrading of the R300 from the Swartklip Interchange (N2) to the Stellenberg Interchange (N1) a distance of approximately 17 km.
