Arcus GIBB (Pty) Ltd (GIBB) has been appointed by the Pretoria Portland Cement Company (Pty) Ltd (PPC) to conduct a Basic Assessment process for the proposed upgrade at the De Heok Cement Factory in the Western Cape. The upgrade serves to improve the quality of the stack emissions by reducing the amount of suspended particles in the gas emissions.
In order to enhance the effectiveness of the public participation process, this web page has been developed to provide the public with access to the public documents regarding the Basic Assessment process.
